With 20 years’ experience working with brands such as Carphone Warehouse, Nestlé and Prudential, Sophie is a direct marketer through and through.
After a career mostly in agencies, Sophie headed to the National Trust, where she headed up fundraising comms before leading the membership loyalty and retention programme.
Sophie’s current mission is to guide businesses through the complexities of GDPR compliance.
Luci works on a BH&P’s integrated campaigns, and particularly enjoys working on digital strategies. She graduated from Squared Online, a Google accredited digital course, in September 2017.
With a particular passion for charities, Luci manages some of BH&P’s not-for-profit campaigns, and has worked with some big brands in the third sector.
A conceptual designer and creative problem solver who is equally comfortable designing for web or print, Rory’s worked for some of the world’s biggest agencies, where he’s been able to ‘design & create’ for clients including BA, GSK, PepsiCo, Danone, Castrol, BP, Wrigley, Legal & General, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest, RBS and Porsche.
Rory is an experienced Design and Studio Manager with a team of artworks, retouchers and developers, with considerable knowledge around workflow best-practice.
Henry is an experienced video producer, director and editor who’s worked within extensive public and commercial sectors. He’s produced film about the rebranding of the Bank of England, and worked with global brands including Microsoft, Cisco, Dyson, and Red Bull.
He is adept at taking a brief and delivering concepts that are both ambitious and exciting, yet practical. He is a visual storyteller, with a reputation for providing original and creative video solutions that surpass expectations and offer wide-reaching, shareable content.
Victoria is a recent graduate from Coventry University achieving a Distinction in MA Brand Management. Alongside her studies, she was part of a team that reached the National Finals in the L’Oréal Brandstorm competition and received the People’s Choice Award.
She worked with Coventry Cathedral as a marketing intern focusing on brand management and digital identity.

She’s also worked on some of the most glamorous, including Moet & Chandon, for whom she created the prestigious champagne report.
Karen’s understanding of all things integrated led to her winning an impressive ISP Gold for a brand new product.
