Luci is the newest member of the BH&P team. Luci comes to BH&P from a management background with a particular passion for charities having worked with some big brands in the third sector.
Her business experience ranges from start-ups to international corporations, so she understands the challenges facing organisations at any level. She’s also a keen traveller and has worked in Spain and Latin America.
A conceptual designer and creative problem solver who is equally comfortable designing for web or print, Rory’s worked for some of the world’s biggest agencies, where he’s been able to ‘design & create’ for clients including BA, GSK, PepsiCo, Danone, Castrol, BP, Wrigley, Legal & General, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest, RBS and Porsche.
Rory is an experienced Design and Studio Manager with a team of artworks, retouchers and developers, with considerable knowledge around workflow best-practice.
With a long career as a senior creative in well-known London agencies, there’s almost nothing Steve hasn’t written about – including how to assess agrochemicals, analyse end-of-day data and use leftover fruit salad as a face pack.
In fact he’s ended up so expert he even occasionally lectures in Brand Advertising and Creative Strategy at degree level.
As an award-winning art director, Karen has worked for some of the UK’s biggest brands including BT, the BBC, Bet Fair and Cable&Wireless.
She’s also worked on some of the most glamorous, including Moet & Chandon, for whom she created the prestigious champagne report.
Karen’s understanding of all things integrated led to her winning an impressive ISP Gold for a brand new product.
